1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the
meaning of the GDPR is:
Johannes Eckmüller, jaye.agency
Schießstattweg 12, 94032 Passau, Germany
Email: info@jaye.agency
2. General information
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1) GDPR (consent, contract, legitimate interest).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel. The provider is Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access our website, Vercel processes technical access data (including your IP address, see server log files) as a processor in order to deliver the website and ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and performant provision of our website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR); a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum) is in place with Vercel.
Processing may also take place in the USA. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which provides an adequate level of data protection recognised by the EU Commission for transfers of personal data to the USA. Further information: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
The domain jaye.agency is registered with STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. As the domain registrar, STRATO only processes the data required to manage the domain and has no access to the content or visitor data of this website.
4. Server log files
The provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits (browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of request and IP address). Processing is based on our legitimate interest in a technically error-free presentation (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
5. Contact (form & email)
If you contact us via the form or by email, your details (e.g. name, email address, company, message) are stored to process your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR) or the initiation/performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). We do not share this data without your consent.
We use the service Web3Forms (web3forms.com), whose operator is based in India, to send the contact form. The data you enter is transmitted to Web3Forms and processed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in order to deliver your enquiry to us by email. According to the provider, the submissions are only stored temporarily (up to 30 days on the plan we use) and are not sold or passed on to third parties. The basis for the processing and the associated transfer to a third country (India) is your explicit consent, which you give by submitting the form via the privacy checkbox (Art. 6 (1)(a) and Art. 49 (1)(a) GDPR).
6. Cookies and web analytics
This website deliberately does without tracking and web analytics services and does not set any cookies for analytics, statistics or marketing purposes. Only technically necessary data is processed (see server log files). A cookie consent banner is therefore not required.

- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
